TICKET PRE-SALE INFORMATION

I WANT TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO TICKETS TO KID KAPICHI'S HERE'S WHAT YOU COULD HAVE WON U.K. TOUR, HOW DO I DO THIS?

You need to have pre-ordered the new album 'Here's What You Could Have Won' through the Official Kid Kapichi Music Store before 23:59 BST on Monday 5th September 2022. Or You need to register for access via the form hosted on the Official Music Store before 23:59 BST on Monday 5th September 2022 Click here to register for access now.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRE-SALE ACCESS EMAIL?

If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email on Tuesday 6th September, containing your link to pre-sale tickets. The pre-sale starts at 10am for 48 hours before general ticket sale.

WHEN DOES THE PRE-SALE OPEN?

These emails invite you to purchase tickets in our exclusive pre-sale window, running from Tuesday 5th September at 10am for 48 hours. Pre-sale window is from Tuesday 5th September at 10am, until 10am Thursday 7th September. General sale tickets are available from 10am on Thursday 7th September. Pre-sale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket pre-sale before general release.

I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY EMAIL YET, WHY?

You should receive your code by 9:00am BST on Tuesday 5th September 2022, please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email. If you have not received this code, please contact: info@kidkapichi.com. We will respond to messages in the order they are sent to us and will get back to you as soon as possible.

I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY CODE?

In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to order directly from the Official Kid Kapichi Store.

SHOULD YOU BE UNSUCCESSFUL IN SECURING TICKETS DURING THE PRE-SALE, FURTHER TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE GENERAL SALE WHICH OPENS AT 10AM ON THURSDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER 2022.
